Revising the multi-year commodity strategy of a large aerospace client,
resulting in ~$65M+ of annual run rate savings. Work included: Developing strategies for 15+ commodities, quantifying the opportunity available, and creating the supplier playbook to execute. Led to co-leading the effort to re-organize the sourcing and procurement team and add capabilities to execute on our efforts

Revised the negotiation and sourcing capabilities of a top Medical Device company,
resulting in $100M+ in annual run rate savings– Working with the Division COO and VP of Sourcing developed a strategy to identify direct materials deflation synergies the result of a large acquisition, introducing the processes and capabilities needed to sustain the “wins” long term. Designed, presented the proposal to the client leadership and executed the effort.
